.5 Micron Diffusion Stone with Check Valve (MFL Threading)

Our .5 micron diffusion stone is great for dispersing any type of gas into your beverage. This diffusion stone has an added check valve which will allow gas to flow through the diffusion stone into your liquid, but will prevent the back flow of liquid in the opposite direction if the pressure were to change.   The .5 micron measurement of this stone allows you to carbonate beers like the pros, nitrogenate coffee quickly or infuse any other type of gas into your beverage with ease.

Be sure you have a swivel nut handy if you are going to be connecting this to a gas hose.

Cleaning and Sanitizing Your Diffusion Stone

In order to thoroughly clean and sanitize your stone, we suggest that it be boiled for 1-3 minutes. Boiling the stone can help remove any clogs or residues cause by touching or mishandling the stone. Be careful after boiling the stone - it is metal and will retain heat!

If your stone is clean, you can simply soak it in a sanitizing solution prior to use.

Note: Try not to touch the tip of the stone with your hands. Oils and residues from your hands can cause the pores and openings in the stone to become clogged.
