Kombucha Brewing & Kegging Kits

As with most hobbies, brewing kombucha can quickly grow and become a passion. We went from brewing a quart or two at a time to 1 gallon and now we consistently brew, flavor and keg 5 gallons of kombucha in order to make sure that we always have some on tap. When you've got kombucha locked in a keg under CO2 pressure, you're helping to preserve the freshness of the product while accentuating the slight effervescense that make kombucha so unique.
