Routing vinyl or barrier tubing in tight draft boxes, trunk lines, and tower assemblies often leads to kinked lines and restricted beverage flow. This stainless steel barbed U-bend creates a rigid 180-degree turn with a fixed 1-1/4" center-to-center spread, letting you reverse line direction cleanly without stressing the tubing or causing pressure drop.

It's built from 304-grade stainless steel, making it fully compatible with beer, wine, cider, cold brew coffee, and high-acid beverages. Unlike brass or nickel-plated fittings, it won't pit or corrode over time, and it withstands routine line cleaning chemicals like caustic cleaners and acid rinses without degrading.

Sizing and Installation Details

Available in both 1/4" and 3/8" barbed configurations to match standard beverage and gas line inner diameters. The precision-machined barbs hold a tight mechanical seal when paired with stepless Oetiker clamps or standard worm-drive hose clamps. Use warm water to soften stiff vinyl or barrier lines before sliding them over the barbs for an airtight, leak-free connection.
