1.5" Gasket - 6" Long Sock Mesh Filter (40 Mesh)
Our tri-clamp sock screen gaskets provide the most comprehensive range of 316 stainless steel mesh for particulate elimination while providing a perfectly clean and sterile environment for your beer or coffee. This size 40 Mesh Filter gasket is great for large-medium particle elimination.
These sock screen gaskets allow for a much quicker filter from your conical fermenters (or other tri-clamp compatible vessels) when compared to a standard mesh gasket filter due to the increased surface area. Avoid slow or even locked filtering with a sock filter.
Many of our clients use these gaskets not only in filtering their beer, but also to filter coffee grounds when cold brewing coffee in a conical fermenter.
NOTE: The image may not reflect the screen size that you are ordering. The larger the mesh number, the smaller the holes are in the mesh screen for a cleaner filter.
