This is a replacement liquid dip tube for the Italian made AEB 2.5-gallon keg. Some in the coffee industry use this liquid dip tube as a gas dip tube replacement in order to introduce gas directly into the liquid/beverage, rather than into the headspace of the keg. This serves multiple purposes:
- Helps with nitrogen infusion
- Agitates the liquid/beverage each time a drink is poured
- Mixes the keg through the above mentioned agitation
