How Is Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Made?

The countertop nitro coffee machine makes the nitro coffee for you, all you need to do is supply the cold brew coffee.

Here's a quick rundown of the process for making cold-brew coffee:

Ingredients: You'll need coarsely ground coffee beans and cold or room temperature, filtered water.

Ratio: A common ratio is 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee to 4 cups of cold water, but you can adjust for your taste.

Combine: Add your coffee grounds and water to your cold brew coffee maker

Steep: Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator or keep at room temperature depending on your preferences. Let it steep for 12 to 24 hours, or longer for a stronger brew.

Strain: After steeping, strain the cold brew through a coffee filter, fine-mesh sieve, or cheesecloth to remove the grounds.

Dilute: If your rations were for a concentrate, make sure you dilute with more filtered water to a ready-to-drink ratio.
