How to adjust the pressure on a nitrogen regulator?
Turn the dial on the front of the regulator clockwise to increase pressure and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
Adjusting the pressure from your nitrogen regulator is as simple as screwing the dial on the front of the regulator clockwise to increase the pressure, or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
Set your regulator to between 6-8 PSI for serving flat cold brew, or 35-45 PSI for serving nitro coffee.
