Adjusting the pressure from your nitrogen regulator is as simple as screwing the dial on the front of the regulator clockwise to increase the pressure, or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
Set your regulator to between 6-8 PSI for serving flat cold brew, or 35-45 PSI for serving nitro coffee.
