Very good cream soda, but not "Coney Island" good July 8, 2015
I had some "Olde Brooklyn" Coney Island cream soda years ago when visiting New York and have been unable to find it locally. I decided that I'd try to make my own and I found this cream soda extract at Keg Outlet.

Making this cream soda was easy. Upon opening the extract bottle I was hit with an overwhelming smell of vanilla/cream soda, but once added to 4 gallons of water the smell mellowed substantially.
After carbonating the keg, I poured myself a glass and actually really liked it. To be 100% honest, I really can't remember what the Olde Brooklyn Coney Island cream soda exactly tasted like, but I do remember LOVING IT! So I'm giving this cream soda extract a 4 of 5, possibly due to the fact that I was not on vacation while drinking it. Overall though, very good soda and easy to make!
