CookRite 48-in Countertop Radiant Broiler w/ 140,000 BTU

The CookRite ATRC-48 is a 48-inch countertop radiant charbroiler built for high-volume grilling in a commercial kitchen. Four 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners give you 140,000 BTU total, and each one has its own manual control every 12 inches, so you can run one zone hot for searing and keep another on low for holding.

Heavy-duty cast iron grates are reversible and sit on adjustable multi-level top grates, so you can set the cooking height for whatever you're working with. Stainless steel radiant plates under the grates spread the heat evenly and hold up to daily wear. The whole unit is stainless steel inside and out, with adjustable stainless steel legs to level it on the line.

Gas hookup is a 3/4-inch NPT rear connection with a regulator included. It ships set up for natural gas and can be converted to propane. It's ETL listed for commercial foodservice use and backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
