Complete Draft Soda & Seltzer Kit With Draft Tower

Complete Draft Soda & Seltzer Kit with Draft Tower, Keg & CO2 Tank

If you want fresh seltzer or homemade soda on tap, this kit gets you there without having to source parts piece by piece. You carbonate your water or soda right in the keg, hook up the gas, and pour. That's it.

The kit includes a keg in the size you choose, a flow control faucet mounted on a draft tower with the draft line and connections ready to attach to the keg, a CO2 regulator with a complete gas line assembly, and a CO2 tank. Note that the CO2 tank ships empty—that's a legal shipping requirement, so you'll need to fill it locally before your first pour.

The flow control faucet matters more than people expect. Carbonated seltzer and soda pour fast and foamy, and being able to dial back the flow at the faucet means you can manage the pour without constantly chasing your regulator pressure. That's the difference between a clean glass and a cup of foam.

This is also a straightforward way to convert an existing kegerator into a draft soda setup. The standard-size regulator threads onto any standard CO2 tank—5 lb, 10 lb, 20 lb, whatever you've already got—so you're not locked into the tank that ships with the kit.

What's in the Kit

• Keg (your choice of size) for carbonating soda or seltzer
• Flow control faucet mounted on a draft tower
• Draft line with keg connections
• CO2 regulator with gas line assembly
• CO2 tank (ships empty per shipping law)

And because it's compact, it travels well. Plenty of people use these for parties, events, and farmers markets where running a full draft system off a kegerator isn't practical.
