Grinding Stone for Atosa PrepPal Slicer Fit and Specs

PSLP0005 is the same part on every one of these models:

The grinding stone is the piece that touches the blade edge when you run the sharpener. Over time it wears down and stops giving the blade a clean edge. If your slicer's sharpener still moves freely but the blade isn't coming up sharp, the stone is the part to replace.

To confirm the fit, match the part number PSLP0005, or check the model number on your slicer's data plate against the list above. One number covers all four slicers, so there's no model-specific version to choose between.

Swap the stone with the slicer unplugged, and keep your hands clear of the blade while you work. A new stone is a quick job and it saves you from replacing the whole sharpener assembly.
