To confirm the fit, check the model number on your mixer's data plate and match it to PPM-20, then match the part number PPM2021. The PPM-10 and PPM-30 mixers use different overload switch part numbers, so this one is for the PPM-20 only.

On a PPM-20, the mixer stops during mixing when the internal overload trips. Pressing the stop button and then the reset button is the first step. If it keeps tripping, reduce the batch size or adjust the recipe before you replace anything. Heavy loads shouldn't run longer than fifteen minutes at the non-timed setting without an equal rest period. If the overload still trips on a normal load, or won't reset, this is the part to replace.
