Atosa Grinder Plate 1/4 Inch for PPG-22 - PPGP2202

The Atosa PPGP2202 is the 1/4 inch (6 mm) grinder plate for the Atosa PrepPal PPG-22 meat grinder. It's the perforated plate at the front of the grinding head: meat is pushed through it by the spiral propeller, and the knife cuts against it as it turns.

To confirm the fit, check the model number on your grinder and match it to PPG-22, then match the part number PPGP2202 to the plate you are replacing. The plate you need is set by the hole size, so compare it to the 1/4 inch (6 mm) plate on your grinder.

The plate comes off the propeller screw shaft once the adjusting ring is unscrewed, and the knife slides off behind it. Clean the plate holes with a wire brush rather than tapping the plate on a hard surface, which can damage it. Dry it fully before storing it, and wipe it with mineral oil if it will sit unused for a while.
