Atosa MWSLS01 Double Locking Sleeves: How They Work

Each sleeve is a two-piece split design. You snap the halves together around a groove on the shelving post, and they form a tapered collar. The shelf corner slides down over that collar and locks in place. Move the shelf later and you just pop the sleeve off and snap it on at a new groove.
