The ATCM-36 is a gas cheesemelter and the ATSB-36 is a gas salamander broiler. Both run on natural gas or LP, with a regulator intake pressure of 5 in. w.c. on NG and 10 in. w.c. on LP. Each unit has two independent burners rated at 21,500 BTU/h apiece, 43,000 BTU/h total, and measures 36 x 18 x 17 1/3 in.
