Cooking Grate for Atosa ACHP Hot Plate Fit and Specs

Atosa's parts list for the ACHP series shows this grate on all three models:

• ACHP-2: 2 grates per unit
• ACHP-4: 4 grates per unit
• ACHP-6: 6 grates per unit

That is one grate for each burner, so a worn grate on a single burner can be replaced on its own. The grate is an octangular (eight-sided) design.

Confirming the Fit

Match part number 301020004 against the grate you are replacing, or check the model number on your hot plate's data plate. It should read ACHP-2, ACHP-4 or ACHP-6. The Atosa ATHP series hot plates use a different grate number, so this part is not for those models.

A grate that is warped, cracked or badly corroded is the reason to order this part. If the burner itself has a problem, have it looked at by a licensed gas appliance technician.
