We ship all products to you by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Ground/Air or truck carrier. We make every effort to ship your package(s) as quickly as possible, usually within the very same business day. However at the very latest your product(s) should be processed no later than 1 - 3 business days. In the event of a product back order and we can not ship your product, you will be notified within 1 - 3 business days of your order. It is our duty to make every effort to ensure your product is shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. For this reason we always reserve the right to use what ever carrier we deem appropriate to ensure quality delivery. Once your product has been shipped from the manufacturer or our warehouse you can expect your product(s) to arrive within 3-14 days for “standard ground shipping”. If multiple products are ordered, you should expect your products to arrive at different intervals. Their maximum weight is 150 Ibs. and the maximum size is 130”. In cases where the items exceed the shippers maximum size, we will ship by freight carrier. Items shipped by freight carrier will take more time to arrive than anything shipped by common carrier. For truck carrier deliveries, only sidewalk delivery service is provided. In-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service is at extra cost. Call our service department for price quotations. Refusal of truck deliveries will result in a charge back to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs, plus any incurred storage costs at $20 per day or the actual cost whichever is greater. In addition, there must be an adult over the age of 18 years at home to sign and receive the goods. If there is never anyone home during the day we suggest that we assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or friends home instead. The customer shall be responsible for the cost and safe shipment of all product(s) resulting from any authorized return or exchanged of a previously purchased product(s) through Keg Outlet.
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but you shall make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt “Subject to Concealed Damage”.
Immediately after receiving your order open and inspect your item for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The shipping company shall be contacted and you must fill out and submit a product exchange form found on our website: www.kegoutlet.com. You can find this form by visiting our home page; click on the link that states “Rebates, Warranty & Returns”, then click on “Exchange Goods Authorization Form” (EGA), fill out and submit no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the shipping company, please contact us promptly so that one of our Customer Support Specialists can assist you and we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
Return / Exchange Policy
30 day “NO HASSLE” on most product return(s). A 25% RESTOCKING FEE and actual shipping charges may apply. All returns / exchanges must be submitted through our website. Customers must visit www.kegoutlet.com website and submit a return goods authorization (RGA) or a exchange good authorization (EGA) claim under the link found on the home page under “Rebates, Warranty & Returns”. Customers must completely fill out the claim form and submit the claim as soon as possible. Keg Outlet, will respond to the claim within a reasonable time frame as determined by Keg Outlet, All product returns / exchanges are approved by Keg Outlet, and have a return goods authorization (RGA) or (EGA) number for credit to be given to an account. Original handling charge is not refundable. All returns must be clean, unused and in resalable condition, including original packaging, instruction manuals, rebate information, warranty information included in its original packaging and free from damage. Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. All returns / exchanges must be made within 30 days of sales date. Any items not sent back in this manner will not be accepted and will be returned back to purchaser at their expense. Owner/Builder consulting is a service provided by Keg Outlet, and is therefore non-refundable.

If you find any product that we offer at a lower advertised price in brand new packaged condition from an authorized dealer or reseller, we will match that price. For example we will not be able to match prices from those products sold from websites like ebay.com, amazon.com, but can match the prices of those resellers who are in compliance with the MAP program. The price match guarantee is good for 30 days from date of purchase.
