This is Taprite's Series 740 primary CO2 regulator with a built-in 2-way splitter, so you can run two kegs off a single CO2 tank at the same time. Each outlet has its own 5/16" barb shutoff with a check valve, which means you can turn off one line without shutting down the other—and the check valves keep beer or liquid from backing up into the regulator.

The double gauge setup gives you both readings you need. One gauge shows your working pressure (what you're actually pushing into the kegs), and the other shows tank pressure so you know how much CO2 you've got left before you swap the cylinder. Working pressure adjusts anywhere from 0 to 50 psi, which covers everything from serving pressure to force carbonating.

The inlet is a standard CGA320 connection, so it threads right onto any standard CO2 tank. It's a tank-mount primary regulator, meaning this is the unit that goes directly on your cylinder. If you need to feed more than two kegs, you can add secondary regulators downstream to dial in different pressures for different beers.
