Clearbraid® Series K3150 Ideal for Water and Juice Lines
Introducing the Accuflex™ Quality Hose and Tubing - the trusted name in beverage transfer products. Our Clearbraid® Series K3150 is perfect for water and juice lines, boasting crystal clear PVC with polyester reinforcement for increased pressure performance and reduced elongation. With an inner diameter of 5/16" and outer diameter of 17/32", this hose has a working pressure of 250 at 70°F. Plus, it comes in a 100' roll size for your convenience.
Choose the Clearbraid® or Bevlex® hose for a flexible solution that offers excellent kink resistance, a tight bend radius, and is both taste and odor resistant. Our products are FDA compliant and certified by NSF 51 & 61 for added peace of mind. Note that the maximum operating temperature for this product is 140°F.
Our PVC compound is phthalate-free and crystal clear, formulated with ingredients that comply with all applicable FDA requirements. It meets the criteria of various regulatory bodies including USDA, 3A, NSF, UL, RoHS, and USP Class VI. The hose is reinforced with spiraled polyester yarn for strength and durability and features longitudinal orange tracer yarns for easy identification.
Our versatile hose is suitable for a range of applications including dispensing food and beverages, deionized water transfer, liquid and powdered food products, air and water lines, potable water transfer, air-breathing and pneumatic lines, as well as use in packaging machines.
