Pin Valve Regulator for 20 oz. CO2 Tanks
This regulator has is set up to attach to Pin Valve Style CO2 Tanks (paintball style) It mounts from the side (vs. top mount on some models). The side mount unscrews from the valve independently so it greatly reduces the possibility of unscrewing the valve when you remove the regulator from the tank and provides a much safer system of using Pin Valve CO2 tanks with beer dispensing. This allows you to dispense beer from any standard Pin Valve tank like those used for paintball. These are more compact and more locations fill them than standard CO2 tanks. This regulator only work with a Pin Valve, not standard 320 valves found on larger tanks.
These regulators use an American Made body and very high quality commercial grade components. They are pressure tested and inspected before shipping.

Our Pin Valve regulators are great for mobile draft dispensing as they are small and easy to travel with. These pin valve regulators are also a great option for homebrewers who are new to kegging beers as they are less expensive and give you a great way to 'get your feet wet' without spending a fortune on a new draft setup.

Complete and functional, but could be more....
By Steve · February 5, 2020
Bottom line:
Performance: 10/10
Basic price: 7/10 (needed a few add-ons)
I bought one of these for my kegerator/paintball tank setup, and it has functioned well and durably, despite being one of the cheapest setups. I eventually bought a 3000 psi gauge for it so I had a better idea of my overall gas reserves, but I really wish this set included or had as an easy option, a 0-30 PSI gauge instead of the 0-60 PSI one. Since I'm usually using this set at 5-10 psi, this crams the normal operating range into around 10% of the gauge and leaves it not only hard to read, but frankly in the most inaccurate mechanical range of the gauge itself.
I still use it and probably would buy it again for my purposes, but just wish I didn't have to get so many add-ons to make it what I really need.

Finally... a regulator that works for paintball
By Moonachie Brewing · September 4, 2025
I have used several different 'mini regulators' on my paintball CO2 tanks. They are all awful. Turn the knob the slightest bit and the pressure goes nuts. In calculus we'd call that D-Theta.
This thing WORKS CORRECTLY. You can turn the knob a bunch to make a small change in the pressure. And it's stable. And the pressure gauge works correctly also. The mini-regulator gauges are junk.
Wish I'd found this before. Now I'll use those lousy mini-regulators for carbonation, where I'm OK with higher pressures and am less concerned with precision and accuracy.
