This is the internal probe washer for Taprite lever handle and FT86 wing handle couplers. It's a common wear item that sits inside the coupler body to create a tight seal when you tap a keg. If you're seeing beer leaking from the handle area or the top of the coupler body, this washer is likely worn out or torn.

It's made of food-grade rubber and provides the essential seal between the coupler probe and the keg spear. These can dry out or get damaged over time, so it's a good idea to keep a few spares in your parts kit to avoid downtime.

This part is compatible with standard Taprite lever-style couplers and the FT86 wing-style coupler models. It's a direct replacement for part FT40-15.
