This Duotight fitting connects 8 mm (5/16") tubing to a 1/2" BSP threaded port. Push the tubing in and it locks tight—no clamps, no hose barbs, no fuss. It's a clean way to run gas or beverage lines on your kegerator, keezer, or draft setup.

Why the Double O-Ring Matters

Most push-in fittings use a single O-ring. Duotight uses two high-quality EPDM O-rings, which means twice the sealing surface and a much lower chance of leaks. That extra sealing surface also lets you bend the tubing at a tighter radius without breaking the seal—something single O-ring fittings tend to struggle with. If you've dealt with slow leaks on other push-in fittings, this design solves that problem.

EPDM holds up well against chemicals and has better gas transmission rates than silicone or vinyl. It resists wear, lasts longer, and it's BPA-free.

How to Use It

Cut your tubing straight across—not on an angle—so the line forms a complete seal. Push it firmly into the fitting until it seats. To remove the tubing, push in the collet and pull the hose free. That's it.
