The CookRite ATTG-36 is a 36-inch countertop griddle built for a full breakfast or lunch line. Three 25,000 BTU burners add up to 75,000 BTU across the cooking surface, and each 12-inch section runs on its own thermostatic control, so you can hold pancakes at one temp and sear proteins at another on the same griddle.

The griddle plate is 1-inch thick polished steel. That extra mass means it recovers heat fast after you drop a cold batch of food on it, instead of leaving you with a cold spot in the middle of the rush. The body is stainless steel inside and out, with a stainless grease drawer up front that pulls out for cleanout.

It sits on adjustable stainless steel legs so you can level it on a counter or equipment stand, and it connects to a 3/4-in NPT rear gas fitting. It's cETLus listed and ETL-Sanitation certified, and CookRite backs it with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
