CookRite 24-in Countertop Thermo-Griddle w/ 50,000 BTU (1-in Thick Griddle Plate)

The ATTG-24 is CookRite's thermostatic griddle, not the manual-control version. Each 12-inch section runs off its own thermostat, so you can hold one side low for eggs and run the other hot for burgers without babysitting the flame.

The plate is a full inch of polished steel, thick enough to recover fast when you drop a stack of patties on it. Two burners at 25,000 BTU each give you 50,000 BTU total, with standby pilots so you're not relighting every time you shut a section off. It runs on natural gas or propane and hooks up to a 3/4-inch NPT gas line in back, regulator included.

Stainless steel inside and out, so grease and daily wipe-downs won't eat through the finish. It sits on adjustable stainless legs, which helps if your countertop isn't perfectly level.
