The CookRite ATRC-36 is a 36-inch countertop radiant charbroiler built for high-volume grilling - burgers, steaks, chicken, whatever you're pushing through a busy line. Three stainless steel burners put out 105,000 BTU total, each one controlled on its own so you can run different heat zones across the cooking surface.

Stainless steel radiant plates sit under heavy-duty cast iron grates, so heat gets distributed evenly instead of leaving hot spots. The grates are reversible and adjust to multiple heights, which lets you dial in how close the food sits to the flame - move it down for a hard sear, back off for slower cooking.
