The CookRite ATRC-24 is a 24-inch countertop radiant charbroiler built for high-volume searing. Two 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners give you 70,000 BTU total, and each one has its own manual control so you can run a hot zone and a warm zone at the same time.

Heavy-duty cast iron grates are reversible and sit over thick stainless steel radiant plates that spread heat evenly across the cooking surface, so you don't get hot spots in the middle and cold corners on the ends. The stainless steel body handles grease and daily wash-downs, and the adjustable stainless steel legs let you level it on an uneven counter or equipment stand.

It's available in natural gas or liquid propane - pick the fuel type that matches your gas line when you order - and connects through a 3/4 in NPT rear gas fitting. ETL listed and backed by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
