CookRite 48-in Countertop Manual Griddle w/ 120,000 BTU

The ATMG-48 is CookRite's 48-inch manual griddle for restaurants, food trucks, and catering setups that need a wide, even cooking surface without a thermostat to fuss with. Four burners run independently, each rated at 30,000 BTU, so you can dial in exactly what you need across the 120,000 BTU total.

The griddle plate itself is 3/4-inch thick polished steel - thick enough to hold heat steady when you're loading it up with orders during a rush. It sits on a stainless steel body with adjustable legs and a stainless grease drawer up front, and it runs on natural gas or liquid propane (let us know which when you order).

Standby pilots keep every burner ready to light, and the 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection comes with a standard regulator so hookup is straightforward. It's ETL listed and carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
