CookRite 48-in Countertop Char-rock Broiler w/ 140,000 BTU

The ATCB-48 is CookRite's 48-inch countertop char-rock broiler, built for kitchens that want real char-grilled flavor without putting in a full floor unit. Four 35,000 BTU burners put out 140,000 BTU total across a 47.9 x 20.2-inch cooking area, and the lava rock sitting under the reversible cast iron grates is what gives you that charbroiled char and smoke instead of a flat flame-broil.

It ships ready to run on natural gas, and an LP conversion kit is included if your kitchen runs on propane instead. The body is stainless steel inside and out, the gas connection is 3/4-inch NPT at the rear, and a grease drawer underneath keeps cleanup from being a chore. Standby pilots keep the burners lit between tickets so you're not relighting all night.

Grates adjust to multiple heights so you can control how close the food sits to the coals, and the legs are adjustable stainless steel to level the unit on an uneven counter. It's ETL listed and NSF approved for commercial installs.
