CookRite 24-in Countertop Char-rock Broiler w/ 70,000 BTU

The ATCB-24 is Atosa's 24-inch countertop char-rock broiler, built for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations that want real char-grilled flavor without a full range. It's the lava-rock version, not the plain radiant model - the lava rock briquettes (included) sit under the cast iron grates and hold heat, so drippings flash off and put that char flavor back into the food.

Two 35,000 BTU stainless steel burners (70,000 BTU total) run on natural gas out of the box, with independent manual controls spaced every 12 inches so you can run one zone hotter than another. The cast iron grates are heavy-duty and reversible, and the top grates adjust to multiple heights so you can sear thin cuts fast or hold thicker ones lower and slower.

Everything that touches food or heat is stainless steel inside and out, and it comes standard with adjustable stainless steel legs and a 3/4 in NPT rear gas connection with a 4 in W.C. regulator, so it drops onto an existing gas line without extra fittings. An LP conversion kit ships in the box if you're not running natural gas. It's ETL listed and NSF approved, with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
