This siphon tube installs into your aluminum CO2 tank so you can draw liquid CO2 from the bottom of the cylinder instead of gas from the top. You'll need this setup if you're using a large "mother" tank to refill smaller cylinders, like paintball tanks or SodaStream bottles.

Standard CO2 tanks pull from the headspace, giving you gas. By adding a siphon tube (also called a dip tube), the pressure pushes the liquid from the bottom through the valve. It's a common requirement for transfer setups and specific industrial or carbonation applications.
