To confirm the fit, match the part number PPM0005 or check the model number on your mixer's data plate. This cover fits the PPM-20 and PPM-30 mixers.
The cover is a plastic piece that comes off the hub when you install a PrepPal attachment: loosen the hub fasten screw, remove the cover, and slide the attachment shaft into the hub. If your cover has cracked or gone missing, this is the replacement. Put it back on whenever the hub isn't in use so the opening stays covered.
The hub fasten screw is a separate Atosa part, PPM0004, if that's the piece you're missing instead.
