The PPG-22 is a 115 V, 60 Hz, 1.5 HP grinder rated at 450 lbs per hour with a blade speed of 170 RPM. The PPG-22 also has a 1/4 inch (6 mm) plate under its own number, PPGP2202, so check the size you need before you order.

Confirming the Fit

Match the part number PPGP2203 and check that your unit is a PPG-22. The model number is on the unit's name plate. The smaller PPG-12 grinder uses its own plate numbers (PPGP1202 and PPGP1203), so this plate is not the one for that model.

The grinder is for thawed beef, pork and venison only, and the head should be taken apart and washed after use. A plate that is damaged or broken is harder to clean and sanitize and should be replaced.
