Drawer Cartridge Pan Capacity and Load Rating

Each cartridge holds two stacked drawers sized for 6 in deep pans. The top drawer takes two 1/6 pans plus one 1/3 and one 1/2 pan, or six 1/6 pans. The bottom drawer takes one 1/3 and one 1/2 pan, or four 1/6 pans. Every drawer is rated for 100 lb of max loading weight.
