Each drawer takes a 6 in deep pan load in whatever configuration your line runs:

Every drawer is rated to hold up to 100 lbs of loaded product, so a full pan of shredded cheese or toppings is well within limits.

MPF8203GR Middle Door Compatibility

This cartridge is built for the middle door position on the MPF8203GR only. It doesn't fit the two-door MPF8202GR, and it isn't the same kit as the left/right door drawer cartridge (MPF8205227000) - the two aren't interchangeable, so confirm which door you're converting before ordering.
