The MBF8501GRL is a 19.1 cubic foot, single-door freezer with a bottom mount compressor, R290 refrigerant and a 115/60/1 power requirement. Its door is self-closing and stays open once it is opened past 90 degrees.
To confirm the fit, match the model number on your unit's data plate to MBF8501GRL and check that your freezer has the left-hand hinge. This door is for the left-hinge version. The right-hinge MBF8501GR is a different model, so check the model number before you order.
It is a genuine Atosa OEM part. If the door itself is damaged or its magnetic switch has failed, this is the replacement. If the door only needs a new seal, check the door gasket first.
