This is the Atosa 301030056 pilot assembly for natural gas (NG) griddles. It fits the Atosa ATTG-24, ATTG-36 and ATTG-48 and keeps a flame lit at each burner so the main gas can ignite when you turn the knob.

Atosa's parts list for these griddles shows two pilot assemblies, 301030056 for natural gas and 301030057 for LP. Order 301030056 only if your griddle runs on natural gas. The fuel type is on the unit's data plate, along with the model number.
The pilot works with the thermocouple (301030092) on the same burner, so check that part first if the pilot lights but will not stay lit.
Installation should be done by a licensed gas appliance technician.
