My cold brew system is leaking from the thermometer bulkhead fitting.

Improper assembly or configuration of the bulkhead fitting can lead to leaks, be sure the bulkhead is assembled properly in order to prevent leaks.

Insert o-ring into the groove in the nut (this will be placed inside the cold brew system). Wrap teflon tape on half of the threaded fitting. On the outside of the cold brew system, place a washer and then tighten the female portion of the bulkhead fitting.
