This pro-grade kombucha brewing and fermenting equipment kit comes with just about everything you need to get your brew on! The 10+ gallon kit comes with a 15 gallon kettle for brewing your tea and adding in your sugar. Once the tea is brewed, it can be transferred to the 14 gallon conical fermenter and covered with a breathable cloth of your choice for fermentation.

The stainless steel fermenter is a great vessel for operating a continuous kombucha brew. With various outlet ports and a sample valve, it makes transferring your kombucha from the fermenter a breeze. The sample valve easily lets you sample kombucha along the way as it ferments. Note that the fermenter comes with a lid mounted chiller coil. This should be removed for the primary fermentation process and the lid opening can be covered with a breathable cloth. The chilling coil can optionally be used for a secondary fermentation, but is not necessary/required.
