How to Make Topo Chico Mineral Water at Home:

1. Blend our mineral mixture into a quart (32 oz.) of warm or hot reverse osmosis (RO) or distilled water.
2. Once dissolved into the hot water, incorporate this blend into a 5-gallon keg (or other carbonation vessel you may be using) along with the desired volume of cold RO or Distilled water for the batch size you will be making.
3. Chill the mixture in your fridge for optimal carbonation efficiency—the colder the water, the faster the carbonation process will be.  CO2 absorbs much better in colder liquids. 
4. Once sufficiently chilled, attach your gas connection and initiate the force carbonation process. Depending on the carbonation kit you may be using, this will dictate the max PSI that you will be able to carbonate your beverage to.  So make sure to refer to the Seltzer Making Kit that you have to see what pressure is recommended for your system.

Please note, our recipe is tailored for use with RO or distilled water. Attempting to replicate Topo Chico's distinctive flavor profile with city or well water will yield inaccurate results due to variations in existing mineral content.
