When Can You Expect Your Order to Arrive?
At Keg Outlet, we strive to get orders out in a timely manner. Most orders will be packed and shipped out within 1-2 business days and many orders will be shipped out same day if the order is placed early enough in the day.
We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible after your order is placed. For items that don't require assembly, orders will typically be shipped same or next day. For kits and other items that require configuration and assembly, orders will generally be shipped in 1-3 days from the time the order is placed. Some custom and made-to-order items will require a longer lead time, such as custom engraved tap handles, keg urinals and our all-in-one countertop nitro fridges.
Please keep in mind that many of our kits and products are assembled once your order is placed due to the fact that many of our kits can be customized to meet your requirements.

What shipping methods are used?
95% of our orders ship via ground service. If you require an expedited shipment service (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) you can contact us and request a quote. Larger items such as bulk quantities of kegs, kegerators and other large items will ship via pallet/freight.
What is your "Flat Rate Ground" service?
Our Flat Rate Ground program will ship your product via the lowest cost carrier/method available to us.
Where does Keg Outlet Ship from?
In order to help speed up delivery times, we ship from various locations across the US. Shipping origin will be based on both the customers destination location as well as product stock at a given location.
