What type of gas should you use to dispense kombucha on draft?

When it comes to serving kombucha on draft you have multiple gases to chose from that are readily used in bars and restaurants; CO2, Beer Gas Blend, Nitrogen. But which one is the best to use?

CO2 is the preferred gas to use when serving kombucha on draft.  CO2 will maintain a good level of carbonation in your kombucha as well as help to preserve freshness if kept in an airtight/pressurized and chilled environment such as a kombucha keg inside a kegerator
