1. Vietnamese Inspired Cold Brew Coffee
A traditional Vietnamese coffee uses dark roasted Vietnamese coffee poured into a cup filled with sweetened condensed milk. If you can’t find Vietnamese coffee at your local grocer or coffee roaster, your favorite coffee will do.
However, if you can get ahold of Vietnamese coffee, it will probably be robusta instead of arabica beans. Beware, robusta coffee beans have almost double the caffeine that arabica beans have.
Recipe: Vietnamese Inspired Cold Brew Coffee

2. Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew Coffee
Honey and cinnamon make a great combination, especially in coffee. Honey is a great sweetener and adds another dimension of flavor. It’s also an antioxidant that’s packed with vitamins and minerals. Cinnamon mixes great with coffee and helps draw out its natural sweetness. Cinnamon also gives coffee an extra energy boost!

Serving Size: 1
Description: Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew Coffee combines the sweetness of honey and the savory flavor of cinnamon with cold brew coffee.
Ingredients: Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 3/4 cup of water
- 3/4 cup of honey
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Using a small saucepan (8 inches in diameter), add in your first three ingredients: water, honey, and cinnamon sticks.
- Set the saucepan over medium-high heat to cook. You’ll need to stir continuously until the honey has dissolved.
- Once the mixture begins to boil, turn down the heat and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Once the mixture has cooled, you can remove the cinnamon sticks.
- Store the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
To Serve:
- Pour your cold brew coffee into a serving glass, over ice.
- Pour in the honey and cinnamon syrup
- Add milk or heavy cream, stirring everything together until completely mixed.
- You can dust the top with a bit of cinnamon for extra flavor.

3. Fresh Mint Cold Brew Coffee
You can buy mint coffee syrup at your local grocer, but for the freshest mint flavor, it’s just as easy to make it at home. You can keep your fresh mint syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks and enjoy this mint cold brew coffee again and again.

- 1 to 2 tbs of half & half (or heavy cream or milk)
Ingredients For The Dark Chocolate Coconut Ganache:
- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
- 5 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Pour the coconut milk into a medium-size bowl (microwave-safe)
- Heat the coconut milk in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Stir the roughly chopped chocolate into the warm coconut milk until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Ingredients For The Fresh Mint Syrup:
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 bunch fresh mint (enough to make 1 cup of mint)
Instructions:
- Using a small saucepan (8 inches in diameter), add in your first three ingredients: water, granulated sugar, and the fresh mint.
- Set the saucepan over medium-high heat. You’ll need to stir continuously until it comes to a simmer and the sugar has dissolved.
- Once the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat and let the syrup rest for 4 to 5 minutes.
- When cooled, strain the syrup into a resealable container.
To Serve:
- Drizzle the dark chocolate coconut ganache in a mason jar or glass.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour in the cold brew coffee
- Add in the fresh mint syrup and cream, stirring until fully mixed.
